A Gorgeous White Smile is Possible with Opalescence Treswhite Supreme

I received the mint to try and let me tell you, I love the tray system! It is so much easier and I feel gives greater results than the ones I have tried in the past.

Whitening with this system is super easy. Each time I used it, I started with the upper tray, positioned it, sucked in a little to make sure it adhered to my teeth and then removed the green outer tray. I then repeated with the bottom and went about my morning routine of showering, getting dressed, doing my hair and putting on my makeup. They recommend you leave it on for 30 to 60 minutes and I found leaving it on for 30 minutes was not only doable, but it got me the results I wanted and fast. After about 3 treatments, I already started noticing a difference.

Scandle – A Candle Never Felt So Good

I received one of the coolest products in the mail to review. It’s called the Scandle Body Candle. You may be thinking ” A Body Candle? What in the world is that?” Well, I am going to tell you!

The Scandle is a candle that burns at 2 degrees above body temperature to produce a soothing and healthy body oil. The Scandle is perfect for massage, cuticle treatments for manicures/pedicures, or as an everyday moisturizer.

The company’s slogan is “A Candle Never Felt So Good” and I  must say…I would have to agree with that statement! I used my Scandle, which is the Warm Vanilla Sugar, for a cuticle treatment and as a moisturizer for my hands. You would not believe how great my cuticles look (they were in need of some serious TLC) and how soft my hands are.

Is this something I would buy on my own? You bet! I do not like to pay for professional manicures because I feel that is something I can do on my own at home and I enjoy it. I have used just about every kind of cuticle treatment you could imagine and the Scandle is on the top of my favorites list.

Next up…a massage with the Scandle from my dear, sweet husband. Hey! He said he was all for it.

Holiday Gift Guide: TV Games Sing Scene

Do you love to sing…in the comfort of your own home? That’s me for sure! Get me up on stage to belt out some tunes and I would freak out. So would the crowd!! LOL.

Thanks to JAKKS Pacific, my family and I had the chance to see what it feels like to be a rock star for a minute. We reviewed the Sing Scene Pop version and had a blast attempting to get the words and the notes right. I thought this would be a toy that my daughter (12) would get the most enjoyment out of, but our whole family has had fun with it. We were laughing so hard the other night my stomach hurt.

My daughter is looking forward to having some friends over, plugging this baby in and singing away. It is THE perfect toy/game for a fun girl get together. Thank goodness my daughter’s room is in the basement. HA!

Holiday Gift Guide: Motion Game Star Wars

When my boys first started out with video games, they loved the plug and play games and so did I. They were more affordable than buying the game systems and the separate games, and it was a great way for them to dip their toes in the world of video games.

Over time, my oldest (now 10) out grew the plug and play and he has since moved on. Until the Motion Game Star Wars: Clone Wars Motion Video Game came into his life.

I was sent this game for my boys to review and they both love it. It’s not like the plug and play you may be used to seeing. JAKKS Pacific has taken it a step further. These new plug and play games are all about motion…which is SO cool!

I would definitely say that my 5 year old has enjoyed the Motion Game Star Wars: Clone Wars Motion Video Game the most. He is a little young for some of the more advanced games that his brother plays and he just gets frustrated when he tries to play them. This Star Wars game is perfect for him and he has had a blast playing with it. He even plugged it into the EyeClops Mini Projector and played it on the big screen on the wall. Talk about a cool experience for him!

If you have a young child who is wanting to have that video game experience, but you aren’t quite ready to invest in the expensive game consoles and all of the separate games, I would highly recommend the TV Games Motion line. It has been a big hit in my house! (I even took a turn and had fun!)

Holiday Gift Guide: EyeClops Mini Projector Kid Review (VIDEO)

Have you seen the commercials for the EyeClops Mini Projector?From the moment my boys saw the commercial, they didn’t stop talking about this tech toy. We received one to review and let me tell you…they LOVE it! It has provided hours of fun for them and their friends.

Why do they think it’s so cool and what does the thing do? Here’s a video review from Aaron, who is 5, and Josiah, who is 10.

Aaron said he likes it because of the 60 inch screen. Josiah likes it because you can watch videos and play video games. Our entire family has had fun with the EyeClops Mini Projector. We have family coming in for the holidays and we can’t wait to hook this up and watch a movie.

I read some reviews when I was considering buying one of these for my 10 year old. The reviews were either great or not great. The ones that weren’t great complained about the picture and sound. First, you must remember this IS a toy. But, even though it’s a toy I personally thought the picture was fabulous. When we first hooked it up, it was a little blurry but we figured out how to focus it just right to where we had a great picture. The movies we watched were clearer than the video games.

As for the sound, I think it depends on the device. We plugged in a plug-in-play video game and it was a little hard to hear. Then we plugged in our DVD player to watch a movie and it was so loud we had to turn it down! it was the same for the Wii when we plugged it in…the sound was great.

Holiday Gift Guide: EyeClops Night Vision Goggles Kid Review

If you are looking for a fun gadget for your son, nephew, grandson or friend…the EyeClops Night Vision Goggles are a fabulous choice! We received these for my boys (ages 5 and 10) to review and they both absolutely LOVE them. My nephew, who is 21, even came over and played with them (but don’t tell him I told you!).

Before I go any further and tell you about these myself, watch this video review with my boys telling you why they like them. (Turn up your speakers because they were a little shy and talking quietly.)

Aaron, my 5 year old, liked them because you can turn them from gray to green when you look through the goggles. Josiah, my 10 year old, like them because he could go in the bathroom, turn off all of the lights and it was completely dark in there, but with the night vision goggles you can see everything.

I, of course, had to test them out too and they are SO cool! I was completely amazed at how well you could actually see in the dark with these. Every boy that has come to my house since we received these has say something to the effect of  “Are those the night vision goggles?? I have been wanting those!!”

The Original Christmas Classics Limited Keepsake Edition DVD Set Contest!

I don’t know about you, but when I watch some of the great Christmas Classics I get all nostalgic. The classics are some of my most favorite things to watch around the holidays.

I have a very fun DVD set to tell you about today that I think you will want to get your hands on. It’s the Original Christmas Classics Limited Keepsake Edition DVD set. The set has 7 of the holiday favorites for you and the family to sit down and enjoy together.

I tried to limit the “When I was a kid” stories, but I threw a few of my fond memories of these shows in there. All in all, we had one very fun night of eating popcorn, drinking hot chocolate and watching some great Holiday shows together while snuggled under a blanket.

Arm & Hammer’s Spinbrush Toothbrushes Make Great Stocking Stuffers!

Guess what MomGadget readers?! Christmas is literally right around the corner. Are you as shocked as I am? One of my all-time favorite things to shop for during this holiday season are my kids’ stocking stuffers. It’s our tradition to open the stockings last and it’s always so much fun to fill them with candy and little gifts.
