b.b. Begonia Eco-Friendly Bags Review

by MomGadget Eliza

We are constantly having to run to the store for one thing or another and while we are doing it we are always going for the plastic bag. Why?

It’s simply easier to hold all our items in, yes we know it isn’t friendly to the environment but when you have that many it sounds better than lugging in a bunch of paper bags. Right?

b.b. begonia wanted to know if we’d review one of their eco-friendly bags, so of course I said yes. Hey, I’ve bought the recybled bags from places like CVS and Walgreens and neither lasted very long, price you pay I guess. But when the b.b. begonia bag got here I was actually shocked. First these aren’t just little bags, these are little plastic bags that come all rolled up nice and neatly with a little button that you can actually toss it in your purse, jacket or pocket.

Once you unbutton it and poof it out it actually becomes a full blown bag that you can carry over your shoulder. It is just the same size of a regular plastic bag, except you won’t need to double bag it in the fear of it tearing open.

Yes, I love these little bags and I find them very convenient, especially when I have a bunch of kids. They actually come in a variety of colors and designs too, so for all those that have men that would never walk around with girly sandals or flowers don’t worry, there are neutral designs out there too.

What do you think of these bags? You can get your own for $9 per bag when you visit b.b.begonia.

I like the idea of the bags, but many stores sell them cheaper (for a dollar or two). However, the store bags are not as stylish. I like the design. If the bag was big enough I would buy it. Thanks for the review!

There have certainly been vast improvements in the designs of eco-friendly bags and it is good to see so many different companies getting into the game. Now if only they had a little beeper that would remind me to bring them when I go to the store I’d be all set. :)

Today was the day I went Eco. I bought some eco reusable bags to take to the supermarket and use rather than the plastic bags. Im doing my bit. Wish my horrible eco bag was as nice as these though!

I’ve heard about eco-friendly bags, but I never used them. I didn’t think that plastic bags are as dangerous as everyone says, until I saw the statistics. And it shocked me! Plastic bags, bottles and other stuff of that kind just kill our nature and pretty soon our planet will look like a huge dump.Thank you for your article! It convinced me to buy eco-friendly bag, besides it looks so nice, that I just can’t help buying it! Convenient, save and cut – what more does the bag need?
