I’ll admit, I’ve been one of those people that believed a blanket is a blanket. I never imagined a blanket could be warm, lightweight AND eco-friendly. Quite the combination, huh?
I know, you’re probably thinking “Bamboo?” “How soft can bamboo be?”
Have you ever wrapped yourself up in a cashmere sweater and drifted off in the comfort and warmth such softness provides? That’s precisely what the Cotton/Bamboo Blanket by The Company Store provides.
My husband, Gadget Dad has often complained about blankets not being long enough to cover his feet while providing ample coverage for his arms and shoulders. Not anymore – this cozy comfort throw is a whopping 96 inches in length.
I’m afraid I may never get to experience the warmth of this blanket again, because Gadget Dad has vowed this blanket was made with people like him in mind and has since staked his claim on it.
Granted, this is one of those things that mom’s don’t often consider buying for themselves, because it would be considered impractical. So I highly recommend making this one of those must purchase for someone else gifts. Be sure to include identifying information so the recipient will know where they can shop for similar items. You might just get one in return.
This is one of those gifts that you’ll never have to worry about being regifted.
Ideas for gift giving:
Wedding gift – college bound gift – mom gift -dad gift – welcome to the neighborhood – get well soon

oooh looks like the perfect blanket to have with ya at the fair. Did ya get to bring it along?
The picture makes it look soft already Gayla. This would be the perfect Christmas gift around here because of how cold it gets in the winter. I like to put a little blanket between me and the comforter. It just seems right that way, ya know?
I live in China and bamboo blankets are really popular here. Depending on the weave it can actually be cool to touch, so it’s great in summer – lying on a bamboo blanket is cooler than lying on normal sheets!
I have never felt bamboo before.
