Extra Virgin oil is the best. i do not recommend using Smart Balance products, those are highly processed food. Of course, they claim this and that healthy and all that stuff.
Read between the lines, they use a food preservative called TBHQ.

TBHQ is the acronym used to describe tertiary butylhydroquinone, which is an antioxidant that comes from petroleum and is related to butane. It is often used as a preservative, applied either to the carton of fast food items or sprayed directly onto them, as well as in various other prepackaged food items

Consuming up to a gram of TBHQ can cause variable toxicity, and up to 5 grams can be fatal.

In toxicity studies, long-term, high-dose TBHQ administration in lab animals showed a tendency for them to develop cancerous precursors in the stomach, as well as causing DNA damage.

There has been some anecdotal evidence that TBHQ can cause anxiety, restlessness, and aggravation of ADHD symptoms for children.

To sum up, it is a highly processed fat with a lot of chemicals. Just stay away.

This has been a staple in my house for some time now. Since I have to eat gluten free, and it tastes pretty good, it was my best choice. For cooking i still use olive oil spray, but for my toast its earth balance all the way.

Antioxidants can help the condition of your skin and the health of your cells, I am not so sure if it will help acne, I have never heard of that, and it doesnt seem to make sense. I get pimples all over my face because i work in a dirty environment, its completely independant of my health and skin condition.

If you want to add antioxidants to your diet, there is a product called Exfuze, its a daily suppliment in the form of a tasty juice. They make it from the 7 most nutrient packed fruits known by science, asside from being a great source of antioxidants, and vitamins, it has coutless other benfits

Hello excellent points.. now why did not i think of those? Off subject to some extent, is this page pattern just from a standard installation or else do you employ a customized template. I use a webpage i will be aiming to improve and to cut a long story short the visuals is likely one of the fundamental things to try and do on my list.

I have written to Earth Balance about the Palm fruit in their spreads. This is one heck of a wonderful tasting product, but it is not worth the lives of countless endangered species like orangutans and tigers. Devastation caused by palm oil and palm products is tragic, see the story of two girl scouts fighting to keep palm oil out of Girl Scout cookies is the most pop culture coverage going on right now. You can Google ‘palm oil and orangutans’ for example. It is possible to get sustainable Palm products, but we really need to ask for them from companies.
