One quality that make good bloggers into great bloggers is the ability to handle critical feedback.

This is quite possibly one of the areas I lack in most.  Responding to negative comments!

How many times have you had a commenter directly attack you by way of your blog and taken it personally?  How did you handle it?

If you’re like me and you’re guilty of throwing a whole lot of emotion behind your responses, Joe Manna offers some very sound advice that might be worth saving for future reference.

    Thank you for that link, Gayla. Joe’s post is extremely positive and helpful.

    I notice how Joe is following the “The digg crowd only read the title” route, and put his digg-this button right at the top.
