Gaiam CorePlus Reformer – A MomGadget Review

The holidays are over and we’re well into 2010. Every year, just after Valentine’s Day – I begin to think about Spring, shorts, flip-flops and all the winter wool I packed on during the holidays that needs to be dealt with.

I’ve never been one to stick to a gym membership, life always gets in the way. I’ve never been big on doing workout DVD more than once and I’ve certainly never been one to invest hours-upon-hours into an exercise regimen. I want something quick that fits into my hectic life. Something I can do while enjoying my favorite television programs works best for me.

When I was offered the chance to put the Gaiam CorePlus Reformer to the test, I scoffed to first, thinking this would be another one of those workout items I would get, use once and tuck away in the closet with the rest of the handy workout tools I’ve picked up over the years.

I’m pleased to say, this is my year – the year I find a couple of cool workout gadgets that help me get in shape on my terms! The first being the CorePlus Reformer and the other, well, there will be more on that one later.

Once I received my CorePlus Reformer and went through the workout DVD a couple of times, I had the hang of my workout and could begin my own routine while watching my favorite shows.

Nothing makes me feel better then going forward into Spring – putting on my shorts for the first time and having them actually fit without sucking it in – without laying on the bed – just a button and a zip and out the door.
