Avon used to have a product like this, they may still have. It was called Silicon Glove.
The first couple of years I moved away from home in the early 80s I promptly dropped out of college after a semester, formed a hardcore punk band, and got a place downtown. I had a day job as a grader for a large comic book mail order company. I sat in a warehouse adjacent to the main facility with my best friend, the singer in my band, and graded comics from 7am til 3pm. Actually with how hung over we always were, and how much fun we had working together in a big warehouse by ourselves, it was probably only 2-3 hours of actual work a day.
Anyway, I would begin a pallet, and start grading, sorting and boxing up comics to go next door to the main warehouse. You can imagine handling old paper all day how dry my hands got. On top of that, my hands would get so filthy from the ink that a mechanic would be embarassed.
My mom gave me a tube of the Avon Silicon Glove, and I never again had a problem with chapped hands, and they cleaned up great.
Wow, I hadn’t thought about Avon’s Silicon Glove in years! I got really mad at my mom one year because that’s what she had for me to give as a teacher gift. The tube and packaging wasn’t girly or pretty and I was mortified that I was giving such a plain Jane gift. Mother kept telling me that it was going to make her hands feel so good that it didn’t matter that it wasn’t a flashy box! I was not convinced, but my teacher seemed to enjoy it because she used it up and asked if I knew an Avon lady that she could call to get some more! If Gloves in a Bottle is anywhere close, it’s good stuff!

Yeah this is one of the best that is there.
I think that there are not many good ones as ” Gloves in a bottle” and the point is even if anything comes that is better I still dont think that I can stop using it.
