Apparently this iPod thing is so confusing that businesses are popping up that do nothing but load your iPod. How crazy is that?

I’d like to say it is, but that’s really not all that surprising. They can be a little tricky for people who aren’t, shall we say, computer inclined. I’ve had a lot of people ask me about how to get something done with an iPod and the questions usually somehow relate to the copy protection measures in place…one in particular is the fact that you can’t sync the iPod with two separate iTunes libraries…more than a few of my friends have lost everything on their iPods because of that issue.
