Well, it wasn’t a proposal, but I did use a unique way to give my wife an anniversary ring one year. It just so happened that she was on a Cracker Jacks kick that year. I have no idea why, but she loved those things. It was our anniversary and we had planned on going out to dinner, but it was a late reservation. We ate an early lunch and about 4pm she was saying she was hungry and wanted something small to eat. Keep in mind I purposely made the reservations late and made her eat lunch early. I also had taken a box of Cracker Jacks and very carefully opened it, and then put the ring in the box and sealed it back up. It looked very much like it had never been opened. Anyways I had put the box of Cracker Jacks on the counter praying she would open it that day. When she said she was hungry I said why don’t you eat those Cracker Jacks. To which she said “good idea”. She opened the box and ate a few kernels of caramel corn and then I could see her digging for the prize. When she pulled the ring out the look on her face was priceless. She had no idea and she didn’t know what to say. I could see she was trying to figure out if the ring was real or just a really nice fake prize. Then she looked at me because she wanted to ask me about the “prize” she had found. I was smiling when she looked at me and then I said Happy Anniversary…

It was without a doubt the best Cracker Jacks prize she’d ever gotten :-) And the most expensive box of Cracker Jacks I’ve ever seen!

It’s a little dorky, but if that’s how you roll… You could make a website with your proposal on it and send her the link.

If you wanted to make it fancy, make a series of websites, and make it like a game. She visits the first site, answers a basic question, and that takes her to another page. That page asks her another question, etc., until she lands on the proposal page.

Or you could make a video proposal, upload it on YouTube, and send her the link to the YouTube video. :D
