Do you remember what you received for Mother’s Day three, five or ten years ago? I don’t. I do, however, remember gifted moments.
Six years ago my, then three-year-old, daughter invited me to join her for tea on the isle of Calamaran along with her best invisible-sister, Henry, and their 11 husbands. When my shy daughter shared her magical world and dreams with me, she gifted me with an afternoon of joy that still makes me smile years later.
At the time, I remember being amazed by her depths of creativity and thoughtfulness and reminding myself to treasure the moment. I also learned that my child was made up of so much more than I had ever imagined and that truly connecting with her was one of the greatest gifts of mommyhood.
In the spirit of that afternoon, Momgadget is excited to share the following reader giveaways. Please visit the links below to learn more details about the giveaways. All winners will be selected on Mother’s Day May 8th.
