As part of the MomGadget Diet and Fitness Campaign, I received the 3 Day Melt.
A little Melt It Off History:
Melt It OFF! is a comprehensive exercise and nutrition program designed by American gymnast and four-time gold medalist Mitch Gaylord. The Melt It OFF! program consists of a three step guide using Gaylord’s unique calorie melting weapon, the G-Ball, which engages the body’s core to sculpt lean muscles and build strong abs. Melt It OFF! features a three-day kick-off program, a healthy diet blueprint for planning meals and exercise programs providing four intense workouts.
Mitch Gaylord is an American gymnast and Olympic gold medalist. In addition to being the first American gymnast in history to score a perfect “10,” Gaylord went on to capture a silver medal for Vaulting and two bronze medals for Rings and Parallel Bars. As the number one ranked gymnast in 1983 and 1984, Gaylord invented two skills now named internationally after him. To this day, the “Gaylord Flip” and the “Gaylord Two” are considered among the most difficult and spectacular feats in gymnastics. Mitch’s knowledge of core training helped create the primary moves behind the Melt It OFF! program. Over the years, Mitch has trained many people, helping them achieve their personal fitness goals. Now, he brings the opportunity to consumers everywhere to help achieve that success using Melt It OFF!
My Opinion:
Before receiving my Melt It Off package, I read several reviews, because I really wanted to know what I was getting myself into. When my package arrived, I put in the DVD and decided to challenge myself a little by aiming for the hour workout. After all, Spring is only a few weeks away! I got through the first 15 minutes of the one-hour workout. I had to stop. I’m a wimp. This is truly is an amazing workout and definitely not as easy as it seems. I haven’t worked out in quite a while, so I had no idea just how out of shape I was. I knew it would be tough, but not this tough. Mitch goes at an easy to follow pace, while he explains everything in detail before starting. There is a small counter in the corner of your screen so you know how many reps or minutes you have left of each routine – this is a nice feature.
The G-ball is a helpful tool and really “kicks it up a notch!” I also like it because right out of the gate, you are made aware that you can work at three different levels, depending on where you feel most comfortable.
As you look into the face of Spring and begin to organize your diet and workout program – Melt It Off is a program I’d recommend you consider. It’s easy to use – It’s effective and it will never end up being used as a wardrobe rack in the corner.

Like anything, the Melt It Off system will require a lot of diligence and following the instruction given by Mitch. If one is persistent enough and willing to give this system real time to work, then one will experience desired results.
