Once the dentist gets your teeth as clean and white as he can, it’s up to you to keep them bright by removing stains before they set in.
Try this:
Once a week, brush with an at-home treatment that is a mix of hydrogen peroxide and a touch a baking soda – just enough to make a paste. With this mix, you can polish away discolorations.
For years, I’ve been using a mix of baking soda and salt, applied to a wet toothbrush about twice per week and only recently have I had to endure my first ever dental treatment.
It pays to keep those pearly whites as white as possible!

I have GOT to try this. I keep hesitating to buy the commercial stuff cause I’m a greenie and it scares me to think of what’s in the commercial teeth whitening (shudder).
What a great tip, i’ll definitely be giving that a try.
