My name is Dionne but I like to go by the name “Dee”. I’m the mother to two very handsome little men and a very athletic teenage step-daughter. I am also married to a very loving and caring man who happens to support me in all my endeavors.
Currently, I’m a work at home mom and loving every bit of it. Before working from home, I worked as a Special Events Coordinator and Executive Assistant. I loved my job but soon realized that there’s no better job than being a Full-Time Mom. Being at home with the kids has been rewarding and I enjoy reaping the benefits each day.
I have several interests which include travelling and discovering new things. I get excited when I discover something new and would be the first to share with family and friends. Whenever they need information or want to know what’s going on, I seem to be their go to girl. I am also into photography. Although I am not quite the professional, I do enjoy taking pictures of the family.
In addition to my other interests I also blog. I am the writer behind Cocktails with Mom.com where I aim to remind moms of the extraordinary job they do as being moms and wives. Also to remind them to take care of themselves –to find that special me-time when granted so that they can better care for themselves and the family as a whole.
