I ordered 2 sets of "buy one get one free" for $9.99 plus S/H. That should have been $19.98. I never got them, so I took the opportunity to upgrade for longer memory, and buy one set instead of two. I emailed them and got a reply that they needed an order number to trace it. Then it came, with no shipping notice and no order number. I emailed again and now they don't reply. I want info on how to return one set. I just got my charge statement and to my HORROR I was charged $67.92!!!!! The phone number on the charge bill does not get me through to them. Also three were able to be opened to take out the paper from the battery compartment. One had such a tight little screw, that even with an eyeglass screwdriver the screw became stripped and it is impossible to open. I am planning on calling my charge company and contest the charge. I will send the entire order back. I will pay my own postage and you can be sure it won't be anywhere near what they charge. What a rip off. I will contact the Better Business Bureau as well.
