New Mother Journals – A MomGadget Review

As my kids are well into the midst of their teen years, the holidays are always a time that I reflect back on when they were babies and toddlers. I do miss them being little so much!

It’s also during that time that I wish I’d been much better at journaling my pregnancy, the birth and every precious moment that can get dismissed so easily into the abyss of forgotten memories. The same memories that may or may not make an appearance in family reflections in the years to come.

The one gift I found to be most delightful this year was giving journals for all occasions. From Mother’s to Grandmother’s and even new mom’s to be. There’s literally a journal out there for everyone and they include questions for answering so you don’t find yourself trapped in a dead in fight with writers block.

The journals do the job of initiating the memory or thought, all you have to do is answer the question.

With so many celebrity babies making their way into the news, I’m sure there are millions more babies in waiting who have a mommy that would LOVE a journal to call her own.

If you are anticipating an invitation to a baby shower anytime soon, consider one of the following journals (or all of them) – they’d make a lovely addition to any new mother’s collection and their gifts she’ll treasure when her kids are 14 and acting like God went on vacation leaving them in charge.
