I don’t no its right or wrong but once Doctor told me that don’t use nasal spray more then once or twice a day because it has allot of side effects .
John your are 100% right but it depend upon the quality of nasal spray i means there are some nasal spray which can cause nasal irritation and stinging even after few uses .But fortunately Simply Saline not one of them they can even used by babies .

unfortunately in Indonesia are not sold the product.
because I also had sinus and you know that Indonesia has a tropical climate. so the weather can change at any time and make my disease often relapse

The main purpose of the saline nasal spray is to help keep the nostril moist and this in turm will help in relieving sinus or nasal congestion.
definetely very useful product. my girl friend alway keep it on her white bag. she told me that I have sinus or nasal congestion and this can cures it.

My sinuses go crazy when we get Santa Ana’s here in SoCal. I’ve been using saline misters for years. Haven’t tried this brand yet. I’ll have to check them out. Thanks, Joe

Simply saline Superior product. I have had allergies all my life and finally there is something “clean” and safe that moisturizes my sinus cavity and the back of my throat.

If this nasal spray is available locally, you can make your own saline solution with just 1 cup of clean water and a teaspoon of salt. You do have to snort it up your nose though…
