i ordered 4 boxes to get the free shipping on their website. so far, i’ve used it twice to forego sweet snacks. it works as advertised, although i haven’t had it long enough to lose weight. i would assume if you normally are tempted maybe twice a day to eat a candy bar or other sweet, if you use this instead the urge will go away. it works for me, so far i haven’t sprayed my face yet. ha ha
i don’t know about anyone else, but i tend to get cravings, especially at night. i heard if we eat or snack at night then it’s bad for you because you lay on it, instead of eatting it during the day and burning it off like you should. i think this product would really help.
i would like to try this product and see if my cravings would be decreased or (hopefully) stop all together.

I’m just like you! I have hard time getting into a workout routine or dieting successfully as well. It’s the cravings that I find the worst.
I would certainly love to try this product and welcome anything to help me curb my appetite. Best of all, it seems like a safe product which is the most important quallity to me! I’m usually skeptical in trying products that altar appetite b/c of side effects, but this one seems good!
