What’s in Your Plugin File?

by Gayla Baer

I’m talking about WordPress Plugin’s!I’ve been asked several times what Plugin’s I use and/or which one’s I recommend. Since I’ve just installed another one, I thought I’d have a little fun with this topic – share what Plugin’s I use and why — an hopefully encourage others to expose their plugin’s as well.

I don’t think I could live without Google Sitemap Generator. Gets my posts indexed in Google moments after publishing.

Hi Gayla

Thanks for sharing these. The number of available plugins has me a bit overwhelmed. Which is useful, best or necessary? I sometimes wonder about which are bringing spyware with them too.

Your “tried and true” recommendations are much appreciated. I’ll add Dawud’s to my list too.

Thanks to you both.

HI Gayla!
Thanks for sharing…you have a couple I wanted.
I love the ‘Popularity Contest’.

Here’s a tip: for less popular ones, I’ve been sharing it as ‘articles’ or ‘more details’ to make my points when I comment on other blogs/forums where I feel appropriate.

For higher percentages, I see going up in the days…I continue to ‘beef up’ and update to keep them high.

Peace!

Yvonne ~ Glad to found them useful. I’m going to be checking out the one Dawud mentioned too :)

Ponn, thanks for the tip! I’ll be sure to remember that. I’m still learning on the Popularity plugin, but so far I love it!

Douglas ~ Thanks for visiting. I’m more then happy to share the linkage :)

The article was helpful but short. I wish you had written more on the topic. Thanx still.
