Earlier today I was going through some old records and realized it had been nearly 10 years since I took my first test drive of the internet super highway. I recall the days when there were very few resources that carried any clout at all — one of those sites was About.com
Even then, About.com was barely two years old but had made quite a name for itself. Regardless of what search you tried, About was sitting right at the top! There was an About topic covering darn near everything!
When Deborah Ng of the Weblogs section of About.com asked if I would participate in an interview, a feeling came over me like no other. For the first time, I felt like I had finally arrived. I was on About.com and as a topic of interest at that.
I’d like to extent a deep heartfelt thanks to Deborah for making me feel like such a welcomed part of such an amazing, time-tested, successful website like About.com. Gosh, she makes me feel so darned special
I really do feel a part of something much bigger.

Congratulations Gayla, what a wonderful opportunity.
What a great Birthday present for you too:)
Congratulations!
All I did was asked the questions, you earned your spot!
I’ve been following your blogs for a couple of years now. I find you inspiring because you’re the first work at home Mom I know who made a success of blogging, and I know I’m not the only one.
So I’d like to turn around and thank you. I’m sure our paths will cross many times over.
Congratulations Gayla! What a great way to bring on your Birthday! HAPPY BIRTHDAY to ya!
oops that didn’t work
HAPPY BIRTHDAY GAYLA! Go look at my page since your page wouldn’t let me put it.
Congratulations Gayla!
But I am not so interested in the web site “About.com” as it’s design is not so good.
This model just wasnt made for you ‘stang and Camero lovers out there. I can guarantee however that around the track this car would leave the aforementioned cars for dead, unless you fork out $40k+ for the high performance versions
