Thank you for this review, I have been thinking about getting a Wii fit for some time now, but wasn’t sure that I could justify the expense.
Having read your review has convinced me that it would be beneficial to my lifestyle.

Thanks again.

I played the Wii Fit at a friends house today. It’s not too bad but not my kind of thing. I’d rather sit on the couch and manipulate a joy stick :P . For exercise I’ll stick to riding bikes ;) .

I am a certified personal trainer & fitness instructor. I am also the mother of 3 teenagers. Wii Fit is fun and challenging and gets kids moving! I love the yoga personally but my kids love the variety of sports offered through Wii. What a great investment…fun for the whole family!!

Nice review on the Wii fit. I think Nintendo was smart in marketing toward both kids and adults. It’s great to make a game that also can keep you in shape. I love the idea and hope they keep adding great fitness games for the Wii. This is of my favorite games on the Wii.

You hit the nail on the head with Wii Fit. It works. The key though is not only buying it but using it consistently.

It´s much less expensive, and quicker, than using the gym and provides a variety that I really like.

I’m really glad someone enjoys those games. I grew up in the video game age and have played everything out there for the most part. The WII however, really disappoints me.

“Wii” – I love the Wii Fit, its soooo much better than Wii Sports, and the balance board can be bought pretty cheap off the Internet. Never been a better time to get fit through gaming!

Thanks for the review! The reason I came here was because my family(mom) wanted to exercise and have fun at the same time. That is the main reason we bought the Wii. Now my mom could lose some weight :) .

rosacea miranda November 7, 2011 at 11:27 am

Hi all! I like Wii Fit so much! I used to go to the gym and take lessons. Then I found out that excercise and rosacea don’t go well together. Now I’m using Wii Fit to exercise less intense, so my face doesn’t go red all the time.

I found my miracle! Thanks!

Miranda
