Hi all! I like Wii Fit so much! I used to go to the gym and take lessons. Then I found out that excercise and rosacea don’t go well together. Now I’m using Wii Fit to exercise less intense, so my face doesn’t go red all the time.

I found my miracle! Thanks!

Thanks for the review! The reason I came here was because my family(mom) wanted to exercise and have fun at the same time. That is the main reason we bought the Wii. Now my mom could lose some weight .

I’m really glad someone enjoys those games. I grew up in the video game age and have played everything out there for the most part. The WII however, really disappoints me.

You hit the nail on the head with Wii Fit. It works. The key though is not only buying it but using it consistently.

It´s much less expensive, and quicker, than using the gym and provides a variety that I really like.

Nice review on the Wii fit. I think Nintendo was smart in marketing toward both kids and adults. It's great to make a game that also can keep you in shape.
