I use sugar in my coffee everyday, imagine how many calories I could save replacing it with Truvia.

I would like to add it to my cooked oatmeal instead of normal sugar.
In my tea.
I drink hot tea all year long, so this would be a great way to sweeten it without having to use the ton
on sugar it takes for me to sweeten it currently!

The only place I really use sugar is in my coffee and I add a lot. In fact, my mom noticed how much I used on a visit and I ended up listening to a 30 minute lecture.
I am already using Truvia in tea and on cereals. I really want to try it in baked goods but I have not found it in bulk packages yet. I love the fact that Truvia does not raise your blood glucose levels like sugar and artificial sweeteners do.

I would love to use it on morning cereal cooked or cold and I could use it on French toast when I make it. MMMMM

I’m diabetic so I try to avoid sugar but would like to have sugar in my coffee again so I would use it that
Every single day, I have coffee – iced or hot. And every single time, I drink it extra light and extra sugar. After losing 35 pounds already, I would use Truvia to help me continue to lose weight by not consuming all those extra sugar calories.
