Wordlock-A MomGadget Review & Giveaway

by Gayla Baer

wordlock padlock When your a mom – your head is filled with so many necessary things like schedules, appointments, birthdays, class projects, bill due dates, grocery lists and much more. The last thing you need is one more trivial thing to remember – especially the combination of a padlock. That’s always been one of my biggest beefs with padlocks, bar none.

It’s tough enough for me to remember new pin numbers when my new debit card arrives.

That’s why I was so excited to hear someone finally came out with a locking device with people like me in mind.

Wordlock is the first combination lock that allows you to set your combination with WORDS!

The Wordlock product line includes luggage locks, padlocks, bike locks, and cable locks, which are available at Target.com and Amazon.com

MomGadget is giving away a Wordlock to one lucky winner.

If you’d like to win, please leave a comment on this post.

Winners will be selected and notified via email on May 22nd. Please be sure that the email address that you enter with is one that you check regularly, and also check your spam folder. If winners do not respond with their shipping information within a set time frame – a secondary winner will be drawn.

This MomGadget prize package is open to residents of U.S. and Canada.

My daughters bike got stolen from our yard because she forgot to lock it up, maybe this can save my sons bike or could be used for keeping other items safe. I also hate the numbers or keys,

Thank you

My son is intrigued by locks. He is always trying to pick them, he loves how they work. I gave him a bike chain and lock with a key, but of course he lost the key. He would really like this.

Words come much easier to remember than numbers – that’s why phone books list by name then the corresponding number instead of vice versa! ;)

At my last job, I had a combination lock on my locker, which I didn’t go into all that often. After a while, I forgot the combination, so when I left, I had to bring in bolt cutters and chop it off.

Nancy Sordetto May 22, 2009 at 9:50 pm

What a great idea! I would just use one of my favorite computer passwords. I always forget the number combinations that I have chosen.
